The Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at CIMER KGF is one of the core clinical departments, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services for women while promoting excellence in medical education, patient care, and research. The department offers high-quality clinical training to undergraduate (MBBS) students in accordance with the Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) curriculum.

The department provides a wide range of obstetric and gynaecological services, including antenatal care, preconception counselling, high-risk pregnancy assessment and management, safe delivery services, postnatal care, family planning, infertility evaluation, adolescent and menopausal health, screening and management of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), cervical and breast cancer screening, and the diagnosis and treatment of various gynaecological disorders.
